Dear Hungry for Music Supporter, 

It’s spring! Time for the first of Hungry for Music’s two annual fundraising campaigns.  The other is our year-end campaign that starts on Giving Tuesday.  

The year has gotten off to an exciting start as we now have almost completely implemented the new inventory software. We're grateful for the generous donation from the Peachtree House Foundation, which made it possible for us to purchase the software. The new system will help us manage the multitude of music instruments that flow through Hungry for Music’s distribution center in the Shenandoah Valley. That's the good news, but the increase of instrument donations also means our repair and shipping costs grow.

Your support will help Hungry for Music’s instrument donation program continue to expand to help those children who don’t have access to music instruments because of financial hardship.  Please give today.

Last year, Hungry for Music distributed 2,685 instruments across the United States and several other countries, supporting school, after-school, and summer programs.  We support social workers and school counselors as well. 

So far this year, we have already delivered nearly 500 instruments, with our sights set on topping last year’s total. If you have an instrument you'd like to donate, please submit the Instrument Donation Form form on our website.
